What happens in a Discovery Call?
This is a relaxed, no-pressure chat where you can ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and get a feel for how coaching with me works. It’s a great way to explore if coaching is right for you before making any commitments.
How long are the coaching sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes long and held over Zoom. Each one is designed to give you a focused space to reflect, reset, and take meaningful steps forward.

Absolutely! All of our sessions will take place virtually via Zoom.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THERAPY AND LIFE COACHING?
Therapy often focuses on the past, addressing emotional wounds and past experiences, with the goal being healing and understanding. Life coaching focuses on the present and future, empowering you to achieve specific goals and enhance your life. One of the core foundations of life coaching is the belief that you are already whole, capable, and complete. You don’t need to be fixed—because you’re not broken. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected right now, but underneath it all, your wisdom, strength, and clarity are still there. Coaching simply helps you reconnect with those parts of yourself so you can move forward with more intention and confidence. It’s a partnership geared towards action, accountability, and forward momentum.

WHAT IF I’M NOT A MOM, CAN I STILL BE COACHED BY YOU?
The short answer is- Yes! I chose to specialize in working with moms because I’m passionate about it and believe it’s an underserved community with a need for more support. That being said, you don’t have to have children to be coached by me. My training is in Life Coaching which can apply to anyone.
