I’m Kristina, a Master Certified Life Coach specializing in helping overwhelmed moms who are stretched thin, stuck in survival mode, and weighed down by mom guilt. If that sounds familiar, I see you, and I’ve been there too.
My journey into life coaching was shaped by my own experience in early motherhood. After earning my Bachelor's in Sociology with a Minor in Family Relations from CSU Chico, I dove headfirst into career and then motherhood. Becoming a stay-at-home mom during the isolation of the pandemic, grieving the loss of my mother-in-law (who was our primary support person), and having a firefighter husband away for days at a time was not exactly the experience that I had expected or prepared for. I struggled with postpartum anxiety and depression, overwhelm, and severe “mom guilt”. I had so many moments where I looked around and wondered “wait, where’s my village?”.
Through it all, I discovered my passion: empowering other moms. Today, I help moms like you get unstuck and move through that feeling of overwhelm with clarity, confidence, and real support. Whether it’s reclaiming your time, building confidence, navigating career challenges, or learning how to care for yourself without guilt, my mission is to offer the relatable, practical support I once needed and couldn’t find. I’m here to help you reconnect with the version of you that feels whole, strong, and clear again.

My Mission
My mission is to help overwhelmed moms reclaim their time, energy, and sense of self- so they can stop living in survival mode and start building a life that feels sustainable, intentional, and aligned with what actually matters to them.
My Approach
Here’s the truth: you don’t need more motivation- you need the right support.
My coaching approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive space where you can finally be honest about how you’re feeling- without judgment and without pressure to “have it all figured out.”. You’ll feel seen, heard, and validated- and also gently challenged when it’s time to stop abandoning yourself.
We work on mastering your thoughts, breaking free from limiting beliefs, and building emotional resilience so life doesn’t feel so heavy all the time. From there, we create aligned, intentional action steps that help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of control over your life.
